Kevin Michelson is the CEO of both Privia Medical Group — Washington and Walla Walla Clinic (WWC) in Walla Walla, Washington. He has held leadership roles with WWC throughout the last 14 years spanning operations and finance. Prior to Walla Walla Clinic, Kevin's career spanned financial and accounting leadership positions for a global management company, Troon Golf, Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Honeywell.

Kevin is a Certified Public Account and has served on various community Boards as well as participates in statewide healthcare initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Jason, Executive Vice President of Medical Groups, is responsible for leading the strategy and development for Privia’s health system partners, as well as playing a key role in the development and execution of operational and clinical programs that will impact the communities these systems serve.

Before joining Privia, Jason was at Nashville-based health system, LifePoint Health, where he held the roles of SVP of Provider and Consumer Solutions, VP of Population Health and most recently, SVP of Revenue and Network Management. He was responsible for leading enterprise-wide functions of managed care, value-based care and hospital revenue cycle. Prior to LifePoint Health, Jason worked for the Advisory Board Company, BCBS of Tennessee, and Cigna HealthSpring operationalizing provider networks and ACO management.
