Parth is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Privia Health. He oversees company efforts around growth, financial and operational efficiency across all markets, shared corporate functions, and Privia’s business development efforts. He is also responsible for setting corporate strategy and leading Privia’s technology innovation.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Brighton Health Group, the parent company of Privia Health. Prior to joining Brighton, Parth held various appointments, such as Senior Financial Officer of athenahealth, member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs and a management consultant with Accenture.
Parth has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
David Mountcastle, MBA, CPA, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Privia Health. He has extensive experience in both the healthcare and technology industries and vast experience ranging from working with start-up enterprises to large, publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Privia, David was Chief Financial Officer for Brainware, Inc., helping it grow from start-up to eventual purchase by Lexmark International for more than $150 million. Prior to that David was Controller/Director of Finance for VT iDirect Technologies, helping it grow from start-up to a strategic exit for its investors. Earlier in his career, David was the Controller for HealthSpring Inc., which was later sold to United HealthCare (UHC) (through an acquisition of MetraHealth, Inc.). David then became the Director of Finance for UHC and helped UHC start a new HMO in Virginia that was co-owned by UHC and a group of independent physicians (Virginia Physicians Network). David also served as the CFO for Southern Health for a few years after UHC before joining VT iDirect Technologies.
David began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in its entrepreneurial services division as an auditor. David has been a CPA for more than 20 years and has a bachelor’s in Accounting Information Systems from James Madison University and an MBA with dual concentration in Finance and Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Robert is the Senior Vice President of Investor and Corporate Communications for Privia Health. He leads and oversees all investor relations and corporate communications activities for our company. Robert brings more than 25 years of experience serving provider and payer-focused companies. He previously served as SVP of Investor Relations for HMS Holdings and, prior to that, he held similar positions with The Advisory Board Company and MedAssets.
Robert holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Pace University, and has been recognized by IR Magazine as a two-time finalist for Best IR Officer and for Best Overall Investor Relations.
Sarath is Privia's Executive Vice President of Operations, responsible for executive oversight of the Revenue Cycle and Practice Integration functions across Privia’s national markets.
Previously, he was the SVP, Network Strategy & Business Development at CareCentrix, a post-acute care company managing more than 40 million members and over 8,000 providers for home health, durable medical equipment (DME), home infusion, and wound care. Prior to CareCentrix, Sarath led the Healthcare Division for BIP Capital, an Atlanta-based venture capital fund focused on investing in disruptive healthcare technology businesses.
Before that, he dedicated 10+ years of his career to health system operations and business development holding successful leadership roles at Tenet Health, Baylor, Scott & White, Wellstar, and Ascension Health.
Sarath earned an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and both a BS and MHA from the University of Central Florida.
Keith Fernandez, MD, is Chief Clinical Officer of Privia Health. He joined Privia in 2016 and previously served as the Senior Physician Executive.
Prior to joining Privia, Dr. Fernandez served as President and Physician-in-Chief of the Memorial Hermann Physician Network (MHMD), Chief Medical Officer of the Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Organization, and chairman of MHMD’s Clinical Programs Committee. In those roles he developed a robust clinic integration program with over 2,000 physicians, 90 percent of whom operated in private practices, and more than 50 physician-led committees that provided quality, safety, and vendor governance for Memorial Hermann. Dr. Fernandez also spearheaded the development of MHMD’s Patient Centered Medical Homes and Care Management program. This program formed the bedrock of the most financially successful Medicare Shared Savings Program for three years, generated more than $180 million in shared savings, and multiple high-performance commercial ACOs, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based contracts.
Dr. Fernandez is a member of the Joint Commission Stakeholder Group on Clinically Integrated Networks, AHA Blue Ribbon Panel on Physician Governance, Texas Medical Association Committee on Accountable Care, and a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. He currently has a faculty appointment as Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas at Houston. He has spoken and conducted retreats across the country for physician organizations, hospital systems, and business coalitions with an emphasis on new models of care, building trust, and the need for physician leadership in all areas of healthcare.
Dr. Fernandez earned his bachelor’s from Florida State University and his medical doctorate from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Ebert School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Dana Fields is the Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer for Privia Health. She brings over 20 years of experience serving provider and payer companies.
As Chief Compliance Officer, Dana oversees and ensures Privia’s ethics and compliance program, focusing on developing, implementing, and enforcing policies. She chairs the Corporate Compliance Committee and reports directly to the CEO and governing board on matters relating to reporting and compliance.
Before joining the Privia team Dana served as the Vice President of Investor Relations for Ardent Health. Prior to Ardent Health Services, she held various leadership and compliance roles for Premise Health, HealthSpring Inc. and Ernst and Young.
Dana earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.
Mike is the Chief Business Development Officer at Privia Health, responsible for Privia’s national expansion. During Mike’s tenure, Privia has grown from a single-market medical group to a national physician platform. Mike has led the development of creative and scalable solutions for strategic partnerships with medical groups, health systems, payers, MSOs, and IPAs in support of Privia's mission.
Previously, Mike served as the Global Head of Corporate Strategy at Aetna. Before joining Aetna, he spent more than a decade in management consulting with a primary focus on the provider and life sciences sectors. He began his career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University with a double major in Political Science and Economics as well as an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.
Mark Foulke is a transformational leader focused on delivering operational excellence to patients and providers. As Privia Health’s Executive Vice President of Transformational Value-Based Care, he leads the effort to transition existing and new provider markets toward additional value-based arrangements. He also oversees clinical and value-based operations and partners with market leadership to optimize performance-based reimbursement programs.
Mark drives results by creating a culture of engagement that empowers employees to exceed customer expectations. He is known for his unique blend of critical thinking and strategic planning skills, and leverages his extensive industry experience to deliver quality outcomes.
Mark’s background includes leading the Medicare Advantage business for Cigna-HealthSpring’s Tennessee market and leading local strategies to drive quality and growth across all products. Prior to joining Cigna-HealthSpring, Mark served as the Vice President for Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services and held leadership positions with Sumner Regional Health Systems, The Reciprocal Group and General Rehabilitation Services.
Mark earned his BS in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Jenny Harding is the Senior Vice President of People Operations and joined Privia Health in 2016.
Jenny has worked in human resources for rapidly growing technology start-ups in the Washington, D.C., area for 18 years. Most recently, Jenny worked as the Vice President of People at WeddingWire, having established the unique corporate culture that garnered the organization many Top Workplaces accolades. Prior to WeddingWire, Jenny worked in human resources leadership roles at Vocus and Blackboard, where she established unique benefit offerings and strong employee-focused corporate cultures. Her experience includes support of rapid global expansion, M&A activity, and IPOs.
Jenny received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lander University, with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Greg Kuzma is the Executive Vice President and Chief Healthcare Economics Officer Privia Health, leading payer contracting and data analytic functions. Previously, he served in the same capacity for Brighton Health Group.
Greg previously operated his own advisory firm that served healthcare clients such as DaVita Healthcare Partners, Apax Partners, and LabCorp. His extensive career as a senior actuarial and operating executive includes companies such as Oxford Health Plans, WellCare, Geisinger Health Plan and MMM, the largest Medicare Advantage plan in Puerto Rico.
Greg is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University.
Jason, Executive Vice President of Health Systems, is responsible for leading the strategy and development for Privia’s health system partners, as well as playing a key role in the development and execution of operational and clinical programs that will impact the communities these systems serve.
Before joining Privia, Jason was at Nashville-based health system, LifePoint Health, where he held the roles of SVP of Provider and Consumer Solutions, VP of Population Health and most recently, SVP of Revenue and Network Management. He was responsible for leading enterprise-wide functions of managed care, value-based care and hospital revenue cycle. Prior to LifePoint Health, Jason worked for the Advisory Board Company, BCBS of Tennessee, and Cigna HealthSpring operationalizing provider networks and ACO management.
Paul Shenenberger is the Senior Vice President of IT Operations and Chief Information Security Officer of Privia Health. Paul has worked as a healthcare technology executive in both large medical groups and hospital systems for 10 years and has served in multiple roles including Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer.
Prior to working in healthcare Paul worked as a senior engineer and architect for several Fortune 100 companies including GE, Microsoft, and Merrill Lynch.Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology from Thomas Edison State College.
Jay Stevens is Chief Growth Officer of Privia Health. He brings 20 years of experience in healthcare technology sales and management to his role and is responsible for driving physician recruitment, strategy, and revenue growth for Privia Medical Group.
Prior to joining Privia Health, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Kryptiq Corporation, a Surescripts company, where he was responsible for growing revenue in the independent medical practice, health system, and accountable-care markets. Additionally, he held a variety of senior sales and management positions at GE Healthcare and IDX Systems.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Chris Voigt is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Privia Health. He previously served as the Vice President of Business and Product Development for Privia Health and has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare interoperability field, including leading architecture, design and construction of public and private health information exchanges (HIE).
Prior to Privia, he led corporate development for HIE service provider MobileMD, which was acquired by Siemens in 2011, and the U.S. HIE practice for systems integrator CGI. His role included participation in both Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) Prototype and Trial Implementation projects. He has been involved in healthcare interoperability standards development including HL7, IHE, NIHN, HITSP, and most recently the Direct Project.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Delaware.
