Trey Long
Senior Vice President, General Manager, Arizona
Trey is Senior Vice President and General Manager, overseeing Privia's value-based care operations in Arizona. Trey joined Privia Health in May 2025, and brings more than 30 years of experience in medical group management of large scale, multi-state physician practice operations.
Prior to joining Privia, Trey was Vice President of Operations for Envision Healthcare's Emergency Medicine & Hospitalist Medicine service line responsible for a business unit of 800+ clinicians. Prior to Envision, he was Chief Operating Officer for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, a medical group of 250 primary care, 200 subspecialist physicians & 300 advanced practice clinicians who are integrated with CHRISTUS Health System.M
Trey also had a 21 year career with MEDNAX (NYSE: MD) where he played a significant part in MEDNAX's growth into new markets and new service lines. He has managed care experience with MEDNAX, US Oncology, NYLCare Health Plan and the BJC Health System.
Trey graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Business Administration majoring in accounting and minor in finance; and earned his Master's in Healthcare Administration at Washington University in St. Louis.
