The Diversity & Inclusion Committee

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee was created to grow and diversify Privia’s workforce. The committee focuses on education, events and trainings, community building, and partner engagement at all levels, to create an environment centered on inclusion.

Privia Gives Back Volunteers

Privia Gives Back Volunteers (PGBV) is a group of Partners interested in community service initiatives. PGBV members and leaders coordinate volunteer initiatives across the organization, and raise awareness and support for community service, particularly in the healthcare industry. Partners across the entire organization are encouraged to participate as ambassadors, opportunity sourcers, activity coordinators, promoters, and volunteers.

Leadership & Development Opportunities for Partners

Transformational Leadership Program (TLP)

The Transformational Leadership Program is a six-month intensive program that develops leaders poised to facilitate change and drive high performance at Privia. The program focuses on the company’s core values and leadership competencies, including coaching, polarity, change management and managerial leverage, and the power of storytelling.

Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)

The Emerging Leaders Program is a two-day program that develops foundational skills for high-potential Partners poised to make significant impact at Privia. Participants work on developing professional brands, presentation skills, and personal management skills.

Managing at Privia (MaP)

Managing at Privia is a six-month skill development program for new managers at Privia. This program focuses on problem solving, coaching and team development.

Privia supports ongoing professional development through regular lunchtime “Brown Bags” on various topics for Partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and learn new skills. We also offer the ability to be reimbursed for various professional development opportunities.
