Melissa Montague
MARKET PRESIDENT, OHIO & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SPECIALTIES
Melissa joined Privia Health in 2019 and serves as the President of our Florida and Ohio markets. She is responsible for leading the strategic vision, growth, operational excellence, and performance. Additionally, Melissa is our Senior Vice President of Specialties, providing executive leadership for our national specialty verticals including Privia Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Radiology/Imaging, and ASC operations.
Before joining Privia, Melissa was the Regional Vice President for MEDNAX National Medical Group, providing operational oversight of a 10-state, multi-practice geography covering 65+ health system partnerships, 30+ surgery centers, and 1,000+ employed physicians and APPs across diverse specialties including anesthesia, CTICU, pain medicine, hospitalists, and women's and children's services. In this role, Melissa was deeply immersed in healthcare operations, supporting quality and clinical performance, market strategy and operations, health system partnerships, government relations and advocacy and overall P&L growth for the organization.
Melissa is a 2022 Nashville Health Care Council Fellow and has held multiple leadership positions along the health care continuum, including roles for payers, managed care, and hospital organizations.
Sherry Voet, MD
Senior Medical Director, Privia Medical Group – Ohio
As Senior Medical Director of Privia Medical Group – Ohio and OhioHealth’s Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), Dr. Voet works closely with physicians to engage them in transformational ways to achieve the Quintuple Aim of healthcare. With her years of experience as a clinician, practice owner, and population-health leader, Dr. Voet aims to create strategies that align the goals of providers, the OhioHealth system, and payers. Prior to joining Privia, Dr. Voet served as Medical Director of Quality for OhioHealth’s CIN and Medical Director for National Church Residences andmanaged her independent group practice. She has a special interest in care of the geriatric patient population. Dr. Voet received her medical degree from The Ohio State University and is board-certified in family medicine.
